Administrative Committee

The Cluster Management Committee is the executive body of the Cluster. At its meetings, which should be at least 6 per year, it solves and discusses the tasks assigned through the General Assembly, monitors the solution of tasks and projects on which the cluster works and cooperates.

The Administrative Committee is elected once every four years by the General Assembly. The members of the Management Committee are representatives of member companies and may be owners, managing directors, directors or delegated representatives.

The Management Committee elects a President from among its members, who is also the statutory representative of the Cluster. It shall also elect a Vice President from among its members. Both of these positions are elected for a full term of office.
