ADDTEX – Rozvoj inovací pro zelenou a digitální transformaci v pokročilém textilním průmyslu prostřednictvím inovací ve vzdělávání a školení

Objectives and activities of the project:

The project focuses on creating innovative training and teaching materials in the field of advanced textile materials in the context of green and digital transformation, on stimulating the entrepreneurial sense of students and workers and on strengthening the role of clusters as intermediaries between the world of education and business.

Project activities:

• Analysing the needs of the advanced textile industry in the context of its transition to a low-carbon, eco-friendly and digitalised economy, as well as the impact of COVID
• Creation of a massive open online course (MOOC) for green and digital transformation topics according to the needs of companies and current trends
• Testing the programme through mobilities, an international hackathon and other tools
• Creation of a sustainable up-skilling programme model (updating the training content based on the needs of companies and the development of technology and knowledge)
• Preparation of suggestions for updating curricula and programmes
