Collective research CLUTEX V

The project consists of 5 sub-projects, which address a wide range of areas from the development of new equipment to the optimization of the softening technology in order to soften biodegradable polymers (PHB, PLA) and replace toxic solvents.

Collective research – CLUTEX VI

VVI activities in the following areas:

  1. Antibacterial self-cleaning treatments
  2. Special fabrics for patients with rare skin diseases
  3. Determining the optical diameter of yarns
  4. Design of the technological process of production and analysis of three-layer laminates
  5. Special fabrics for tactical and response gloves

DEVELOPMENT of the CLUTEX II cluster

The project includes activities leading to an increase in the number of members, increasing the involvement of member companies in joint projects, establishing cooperation and contacts with other research institutions and universities in the Czech Republic, promotion of the cluster and its members in the Czech Republic, especially for customer sectors.

DEVELOPMENT of the CLUTEX III cluster

The project includes activities leading to an increase in the number of members, increasing the involvement of member companies in joint projects, establishing cooperation and contacts with other research institutions and universities in the Czech Republic, promoting the cluster and its members in the Czech Republic.

Shared Infrastructure – CLUTEX IV

Supplementation of the equipment of the detached workplace of the cluster with instruments necessary for R&D projects.

Shared Infrastructure – CLUTEX V

Supplementation of the equipment of the detached workplace of the cluster with instruments necessary for R&D projects.

INTERNATIONALISATION – CLUTEX IV

The aim is to deepen the already existing contacts with foreign entities (clusters, research organisations, …) to find common topics for further research and development projects.

CORNET (Call 22) – Variabel Tool

The project focused on the technology of “incremental forming”, which is a method of drawing sheet metal using a so-called extrusion mandrel moving in 3 axes. The project aimed to develop a prototype of a forming device with a counter-rotating support mechanism suitable for the production of smaller parts for the piece production of unique single-purpose special machines or for the production of parts necessary for the construction of prototype devices. The goal was a technology similar in focus to 3D printing, but based on pull forming.

CORNET (Call 22) – WelConTex

The aim of the project was to develop a new reliable technology of electrically conductive interconnects applicable to smart textile products. The project involved the research and development of hybrid conductive yarns, yarns and electronic functional blocks, contacting them by ultrasonic welding and/or interconnection via conductive insertion materials including encapsulation. The developed joints were tested and evaluated with regard to the specific needs of SMEs.

CORNET – NANOHYBRID

The aim of the project is to develop innovative nanohybrid structures using non-woven technology (electrospinning).

CORNET – WELCONTEX 2

The aim of the project was to solve new reliable methods of electrically conductive interconnection for smart textile products based on a combination of ultrasonic and resistance welding technologies.

CORNET – 3DKNIT

The aim of the project was to develop a new type of textile material for upholstery applications to replace the current seat and chair covers.

GRAVIOLA

Development of a new textile surface finish using active ingredients from the bottlebrush (Annona muricata)
