Objectives and activities of the project:

The aim of the TechGrow project was to raise awareness of technological processes in the traditional European manufacturing industry, with a particular focus on the footwear, textile and furniture industries.

Technology tracking became a key tool that allowed businesses to keep track of the latest developments that could impact them, thereby facilitating strategic decision-making. However, many enterprises, especially SMEs in traditional sectors, have not carried out systematic technology monitoring. The TechGrow project targeted these businesses by providing innovative digital tools for easy access to up-to-date information. In addition, it offered training resources to enable staff to implement systematic technology monitoring processes within their businesses.

Educational materials, guides and illustrative infographics have been developed over time.
